Day 1: Morning Arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport and immediately take a local
Arrival and Evening Game Drive
Arrival at Mfuwe Airport: Most safaris start with your arrival at Mfuwe International Airport, which serves as the gateway to South Luangwa National Park.
Transfer to Lodge: You'll be transferred to your Kafunta River Lodge, where you can settle in and enjoy some rest.
Evening Game Drive: After settling in, embark on your first game drive in the late afternoon. This is a great time to see predators becoming active.
Day 2-3: Full-Day Safaris
Morning Game Drives: Start early with morning game drives. This is the best time to see wildlife as animals are most active during the cooler hours.
