CONFIRMATION
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable latest 45 days prior to travel (except for flights where full payment will be required before issuing tickets). Payment is by bank transfer only and must cover bank charges.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation up to 91 days prior to travel: deposit refunded less $100 banking & admin fee.
Cancellation between 90 days and 46 days of travel: the 20% deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation within the last 45 days of travel: 100% of the invoice will be due.
Flights & third-party services conditions prevail as deposits may not always be refundable
